    No prior scent work experience is needed for the foundation courses.
    If you want to attend the intermediate sessions. You must have completed the foundation course with us or have prior experience. Please get in touch with us if you have started your training elsewhere.

    In the foundation course, we will use clove scent. In the early stages of training, you will be shown how to lower the intensity and minimise cross-contamination.
    Once your dog understands the concept of scent detection, you can teach them to search for any scent you would like to add to their “scent library”.

    Bring your dog to class in a body harness or flat collar, on a standard lead, and some yummy treats.
    At home, you will need a small airtight jar, some earbuds and dried cloves

    We have gone one further for you. Your Client Portal will give you access to additional course information, videos and insight for each lesson of your in-person course.

    Yes, when you have completed your foundation course. You will have the opportunity to attend follow on sessions. These individual sessions can be booked on an ad-hoc basis to suit your diary.
