Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://positive4paws.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by Positive 4 Paws – Dog Training and Behaviour (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our training is based on the kindest, most effective, non-punitive methods. Iain continuously attends workshops, seminars and courses to keep our training methods current. We hope you enjoy the sessions as much as we do!

Payment is required at the time of booking, whether the booking takes place online or over the phone. Payments can be made via most credit or debit cards.

We hope you won’t have to cancel. However, if you cannot make a 1-2-1 appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can perhaps fill the slot and reschedule. Otherwise, anything under 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate, and that session will be lost from the remainder of your booked sessions.

1-2-1 Appointments cancelled one calendar day or less before the arranged date and time will be subject to the full fee.

1-2-1 Appointments cancelled two calendar days or more notice will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable day and time.

All rescheduled 1-2-1 appointments must be used within twelve weeks from the original booked date.

No fees will be refunded.

To avoid doubt, a cancellation is a booked 1-2-1 appointment that cannot be attended for any reason at the arranged time, date, and location stated when the original booking was made.

Courses of group class sessions or individual classes within a course cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. We will advise over the phone or email to help you catch up on the course.

When you create an account with us, you must always provide us with accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorised use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of Positive 4 Paws – Dog Training in Hampshire and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party websites or services’ content, privacy policies, or practices. You further acknowledge and agree that Positive 4 Paws – Dog Training and Behaviour in Hampshire shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
